In the southern part of the Pelion peninsula, just 45 km from the city of Volos, you will find the very beautiful and charming village of Horto. Filled with olive trees and beautiful scenery, Horto is a perfect destination for relaxing holidays and vacations.

It is here, in a very peaceful part of the village that you will find "Melies Apartments". The 19th century stone building that we have fully restored, and also our newer building, in the same architectural style are home to a wonderful selection of accommodation and apartments located right by the sea on the Pagasitic Gulf for your stay here in Pelion.

Our apartments have been amphitheatrically built, just 300 meters from the main part of Horto, in a very beautiful and peaceful part of the village. "Melies Apartments" have a range of accommodation available, including apartments with two rooms, ( bedroom and sitting room with a kitchen area) and also one room studios.

All of our apartments and studios have air condition, television, and a fully equipped kitchen area. The apartments are 30 - 40 sq.meters in size and can easily accommodate 2 to 4 persons. The apartments and studios also have verandas where you can take a seat and enjoy the truly beautiful views of the sea, and the surrounding area.

"Melies Apartments" also have the facility for private parking for our guests who will be travelling with their own cars. We can also provide a baby cot for those who be travelling with a young infant - this must be arranged prior to arrival.

The apartments and studios at "Melies" are nicely decorated, offering a very relaxing and comfortable setting. Our apartments provide some stunning panoramic views over the blue-green waters of the Pagasitic Gulf.

Right next to the sea close to our apartments is where you will find the "Melies Lounge" - a beautiful and private area where you can relax and take a seat and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Relax and enjoy your day with a coffee or a tasty cocktail. We also serve a selection of tasty light snacks to accompany your drinks.
